Bookings are accepted on payment of a
deposit based on 30% of the rental cost, 6 weeks prior to
arrival.

Late bookings - when a booking is made
less than 6 weeks prior to arrival the full rental rate is
payable.

Cancellations - full payment less the
deposit will be returned if cancellation is within 6 weeks
of the rental date.
